Responsibilities

• Have a demonstrated track record of managing warehouse size of 500,000 square feet
• Set policies and standards, including determination of safety procedures
• Manage warehousing daily operations and 3PL accounts
• Identify root causes of key and ongoing problems and formulate remedy actions / procedures
• Drive for continuous improvement of working procedures, cost control and customer satisfaction level
• Liaise with service contractors; monitor their performance, working guidelines, discipline and safety
• Supervise personnel which typically include recommendations for hiring, performance evaluation, training work allocation and discipline
• Collaborate with other managers to formulate and implement cross departmental goals and objectives
• Other and ad hoc projects assigned

Requirements

• University graduate / logistics professional diploma
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience with at least 5 years in managerial level gained in managing sizable warehouse size
• Self-motivation with a strong analytical mind
• Good ethics and strong leadership, organization, interpersonal, analytical and influencing skills
