Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Board of Director
• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative supports including travel arrangement/itinerary, daily schedule, and personal activities
• Assist the Board of Director in handling daily correspondences and coordinating meetings and projects
• Maintain an effective working relationship with the internal and external parties and coordinate various work and business issues.
• Assist in office administration and operation issues
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent with formal secretarial training
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience as Secretary/ Personal Assistant to senior management
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Able to handle business correspondence
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Mature, proactive, independent and well-organized
