The job holder will act as an HR account executive to provide one-stop HR services to enhance clients’ effectiveness in achieving business results. Job functions include but not limited to:

• Manpower selection & planning
• Performance management & counseling
• Remuneration management
• Organizational planning & development
• Projects related to human resources development

Requirements:

• A degree holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in sizeable fast moving corporations
• People-oriented and able to deal with people from all walks of life
• Meticulous with strong analytical skill and logical thinking
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and communicative in Putonghua
• Able to work and perform independently in a fast pace environment and under pressure
• An energetic team player showing initiative
• Well-versed in HKSAR Labour Ordinance and Microsoft applications
