Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing category sourcing strategies by collaborating with Affiliate Brands and Department representatives, and Regional Indirect Procurement Department.
  2. Participate in strategic sourcing process, (e.g. RFI/RFQ/RFP), bid evaluation, supplier selection by using the category management methods.
  3. Maintain contract repository of locally signed legal agreements.
  4. Assist to drive supplier collaboration and innovation, maintain close relationship with key strategic suppliers.
  5. Attain year-on-year savings targets of different PMT initiatives, ensure local adherence to PMT saving methodology.
  6. As Procure-To-Pay Power User to support internal stockholders on permanent basis, ensure the process adoption of P2P process in daily operation.
  7. Functional Business Position (FBP) of Central Buyer, Procurement Analyst, and Material Planner, to address both SAP Direct and Indirect Purchase Order Requirements.
  8. Participate in the execution of Procurement Policy, ensure the Policy is best adapting to local requirements in terms of business, cultural, legal, regulatory and economical from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain Management/Procurement or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 5 years at middle level positions, experience gain from sizeable FMCG or beauty industry is preferable
  • Indirect Procurement experience is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Englisht & Chinese
  • Well versed in PC applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly preferable
