Key Responsibilities:

• Update and keep staff training records
• Prepare training material and assist in setting-up training venue
• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to Learning & Development Department
• ONLY work on half-day basis from Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. (4 hours)

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Proficient in computer operations (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing)
• Detail-oriented, sensitive to figure with excellent organization skill
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
