Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team to provide pre / after sales service related documents
- Liaise and coordinate closely with internal staff / external parties in daily operations
- Handle other administrative tasks & ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 3 years of secretarial experience
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
- Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and good time management
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to handle multi-task activities with tight deadlines
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
