Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with client and other professional parties
• Conduct site inspection of the property being appraised
• Perform appraisal of the property using appropriate valuation method(s)
• Prepare valuation report

Qualification Requirement

• Holder of Diploma / Higher Diploma/Associate Degree / Degree in Surveying, Valuation and Property Management, or equivalent
• Minimum three year relevant working experience in valuation of properties in Hong Kong and / or the PRC
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Holder of MRICS / MHKIS is an advantage.
• Fluency in English & Mandarin is essential
• Willingness to travel
• Computer literacy is a must, especially EXCEL
