Responsibilities:

• Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning service of properties
• Handle inquiries and complaints in order to maintain excellent rapport with tenants
• Perform administrative duties

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in property management
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in property management
• Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
• With valid security personnel permit
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
