Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices
• Process Purchasing Requests and sourcing required products / service
• Comment on Purchase Requests whenever necessary
• Follow up on the delivery date of goods after order placed
• Ensure that all purchasing procedures are carried out according to company policy and procedures.
• Maintain a complete and updated record of catalogues and supplier contacts, etc.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of minimum 6 years relevant purchasing experience gained from Hotel / Club or related food & beverage industry
• Holder of professional qualification in Purchasing or related
• High integrity, independent and good leadership & organizing skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Manager.
