Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of System Engineers for daily operation support and tasks
• Manage the daily operations and services providers to ensure a continuous high level of IT services
  
• Provide escalated support for Web systems and infrastructure
• Ensure IT policies and standards are followed and implemented

Requirements :

• University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years IT experience and at least 2 years in supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in IT architecture, Internet technologies and infrastructure
• Familiar with web technologies and infrastructure design and operation procedures
• Strong experience in Linux OS, Apache, MySQL, Oracle, firewall and load balancer
• Demonstrate experience in managing medium to large scale projects
• Able to work independently
• Experience in report/procedure writing is preferred
• Preference for candidate with consulting experience
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
