• Minimum 10 years’ garment quality control / quality assurance experience with at least 3 - 4 years at the same level
• Experienced in woven, knit & sweater garment for both ladies' & men's high fashion
• Sound knowledge of paper patterns and workmanship techniques with good sense of styling and fitting
• Knowledge in US / international safety standards for all garment (woven, knit & sweater) and textiles
• With garment inspection experience in China is a MUST
• Experience in trading or buying office is preferred
• Able to communicate with overseas Q.A. / Buyers
• Good command of written and spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Good analytical skill and able to deal with problem shooting and follow up preventive action with manufacturers
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good supervisory & delegation skills
• Frequent travel to both Southern & Northern China (station in Northern China for half of the time in a year)
• 5.5 day work per week is required for this position
