Responsibilities

• Assist in executing various marketing events and programs to facilitate the hotel business and brand building
• Identify publicity opportunities and develop media relations plans both locally and internationally to maximize the hotel’s exposure
• Coordinate the production of different company collaterals and to ensure that the promotional message is effectively communicated to the target audience
• Liaise with community, charitable, travel industry, arts and local corporate groups

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
• A minimum of 6 years solid experience in brand marketing and marketing events management, with at least 3 years of experience at the managerial level, preferably gained in Hotel and Catering, PR agency or multinational firm
• Proven track record in media relations and event management
• Creative, independent, strong organizing and analytical skills with attention to details
• Ability to work under pressure, to tight schedule and to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in managing Art and CSR programmes is preferred
• Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese. Putonghua is a plus
