Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the KPI related to customer satisfaction rate and service standard for an online shopping platform FingerShopping.com;
• Oversee and manage good customer relationship by

(i) answering incoming calls and emails from vendors and customers;

(ii) following-through with both internal and external inquiries related to platform service, order and payment status, and all kinds of disputes in a helpful and timely manner;

(iii) making outbound calls to handle all kinds of customer enquiries;

(iv) observing abnormal or potential delay cases to prevent negative impact to the customers;

• Consolidate customer services statistics and reports, and analyze the service standard performance and initiate enhancement;
• Manage and monitor call centre partner in the daily operations;
• Work closely with internal departments to provide quality customer services.

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience;
• Solid customer services experience, with exposure in retail industry or E-Business is an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good team player with great interpersonal skills to execute the operation plan with the internal teams;
• Matured, self-motivated, initiative, organized, detail-minded and can work independently.
