Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative works at site office
- Follow up daily complaints and request of the residents
- Monitor the performance of cleaning contractor
- Prepare documents of internal audit
Requirements:
- F.7 or above
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in managing residential building
- Knowledge in site practice and current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong
- Initiative, polite and able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in PC skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
