Responsibilities:

For Billing Team:

•  Responsible for providing quality customer services to our clients through telephone hotline
  
•  Resolve billing and receivables queries within the time frames specified by regional guidelines
• Work closely with the Billing Team and Credit Control Team in ensuring the queries are being properly handled

For Key Account Executive:

• Responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints by phone
• Provide quality and professional service to key customers
  
• Prepare reports for review

For Customer Care Executive:

• Responsible for handling customer complaints by phone, it may include claims and compensation issues
• Participate in customer loyalty programs
• Reflecting customer's feedback and provide solutions fro improving service quality

Requirements:

• F.5 graduated or above with English passed in HKCEE or HKDSE
• 3-4 years’ experience in customer service, experience in call centre environment is preferrable
• Customer oriented, patient with pleasant telephone manner
• Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
