Responsibilities:

• Provide quality and professional services in customer enquiries, complaints and after-sale support independently
• Responsible for and host the research analysis and set up customer database in order to identify and fulfil customers’ needs and establish good customer relationship
• Work as business partner and suggest effective customer related program for management review, such as customer loyalty program
• Drive initiatives for continuous enhancement on the service level
• Responsible for handling data entry and administrative duties
• Provide support to Retail Operations and Wholesale Team
• Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

Particular Skills/knowledge required 

• Degree holder in Business Management or related discipline, strong language proficiency is a must
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in sales / retail industry
• Multi-cultural working environment and able to communicate and work with Headquarter which based in UK
• Customer oriented and interested in dealing with people at all levels
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
