Responsibilities:

• Report to the e-Business Manager, this position shall build up and maintain good relationship with the clients, both sellers and buyers, of an e-retailing site;
• Accountable for the KPI related to customer satisfaction rate and service standard;
• Oversee and manage good customer relationship daily by means of including but not limited to (i) answer incoming calls and emails from vendors and customers; (ii) follow-through with both internal and external inquiries related to platform service, order and payment status, and all kinds of disputes in a helpful and timely manner; (iii) make outbound calls to handle all kinds of customer enquiries; (iv) observe abnormal or potential delay cases to prevent negative impact to the customers;
• Define detailed requirements and specification for customer relationship management programmes, functions, methodologies, procedures, operation flows and service standard;
• Work closely with internal departments such as operations, logistic, retail shops, information technology, and finance departments, to provide quality customer services;
• Consolidate customer services statistics and reports, and analyze the service standard performance and initiate enhancement;
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and conduct customer profile or behavioral analysis for advancing the customer service standard.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. Experienced in operating e-Commerce site is an advantage;
• Process with solid customer services experience, especially in retail industry. Excellent customer service skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good team player with great interpersonal skills to execute the operation plan with the internal teams;
• Matured, self-motivated, initiative, organized, detail-minded and can work independently.
