Responsiblities

• Brainstorm and plan new e-marketing initiatives to increase site-to-store sales, online sales and brand awareness for our company websites: www.MaBelle.com and www.MBLife.com.
• Be in-charge of all e-marketing related logistics, including web page / multimedia design, programming and launch.
• Liaise with potential partners for joint promotions to increase customer base.
• Design and manage customer experience across the web ecosystem while being held accountable for results, such as traffic to our company website.
• Monitor, measure and analyze the performance of marketing channels, promotions and sales performance for optimization.
• Manage regular web reporting and tracking against key metrics.
• Coordinate with the offline Marketing Team with ad hoc marketing projects.
• Keep an eye on online media technology, internet affiliate marketing, lead aggregation, social network marketing.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing campaigns and strategies.

 Requirements

• University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines.
• Preferably with over 2 years of online marketing experience, including direct marketing and lead generation program management.
• Good knowledge in and be passionate about online retailing, jewelry industry, luxury products or higher segment consumer goods.
• Fast thinking, strong business acumen, analytical consideration with strategic agility.
• Proactive and determined with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail minded, well organized, multi-tasking, hardworking, can work efficiently to meet deadlines and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
