Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and retail operation teams to achieve company’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
• Drive all rounded business development plan including product assortment, pricing, promotion, inventory and warehouse management and retail operation
• Oversee sales and operational planning process, and monitor implementation
• Formulate proper sales strategies and drive sales

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in retail business, of which 4 years at managerial level
• Possess solid experience in managing retail operations and merchandise assortment
• With knowledge in warehouse and inventory management
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
• Effective people management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Highly organized with well developed delegation and planning skills
• Fast paced, reliable, energetic, innovative and open-minded
