Summary Statement: Reporting to the Director, Regional Business Operations, you will be responsible to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness for the Business Operations spending and service level, and support the review of successful Sales and Operations Planning Process and existing business process and flow.

Representative Duties:

• Review of monthly Sales and Operations Planning Process (S&OP)
• Responsible for gap analysis on goods flow, financial outlook and sales budgeting
• Conduct analysis and ensure efficiency and effectiveness for the Business Operations spending and service level
• Identify reporting requirements and review the existing business process and flow
• Provide reporting solutions in conjunction with the Global Information System (GIS) Team
• Prepare for ad hoc report and participate in new projects in business operations team
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in MNC logistics environment with solid knowledge
• Team-player with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Able to work in dynamic organization and pro-active working nature
• Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, multi-task oriented, hard-working, and willing to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• High level of proficiency in SAP, MS Office / Excel
