Responsibilities:

1. Manage finance team in Hong Kong and China
2. Perform consolidation report of the Group
3. Prepare interim and final result announcement comply with listing rules
4. Handle tax issue of the Group (including HK and China)
5. Coordinate with company secretary to prepare and upload announcement
6. Monitor daily accounting transaction and treasury status for Hong Kong and China
   
   
   

Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant and degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience (including 2 years of supervisory role)
3. Listed company experience is a must. Retail Industry experience is preferred
4. Strong computer literacy in Excel (knowledge of Flex system is preferred)
5. Able to work independently; pro-active, team player, hardworking and able to work under pressure
6. Good command in English and Mandarin
7. Immediate available is preferred
8. Good knowledge of PRC accounting standards, PRC tax and other related regulations
