Job Description
Responsibility
- Responsible for order processing, shipment arrangement
- Follow up sales orders and handle sales support duties
- Work closely with local sales department and colleagues in China office
- Communicate closely with overseas customers by phone or email on issues such as quotation and invoice
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 1-2 years sales coordinator experience is preferred
- Logistics / warehouse experience is preferred
- Well-organized, independent, self-motivated and good communication skill
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
- Fluent Mandarin with good communication skill is a MUST
- Experience in China Import & Export Declaration is a advantage
- Computer Literate, especially Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Internet operation
- Independent, able to work under pressure
