Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Performing Administration functions, and from time to time provide support to HR team
- Handle office supplies, office equipment, facilities maintenance and renovation etc.
- Responsible for daily general office administration duties
- Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned
Requirements :
- Form 7 or above;
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong at numeric or statistical computation.
- Immediate available is preferred
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
