Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To build strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide after-sales services and enquiry follow ups.
  • Smooth management of daily operation and handle administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with overseas offices for follow up on job processing till completion of order.
  • Provide general support to Sales/ Secretarial team. 

Requirements

  • F.7 or above with a minimum of 2 years’ customer service related working experience preferred.
  • Experience in Corporate Services field is a definite advantage.
  • Good presentation and communication skills with pleasant and polite attitude is a MUST.
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Aggressive, out-going, mature with strong inter-personal skills.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge in Mandarin is an asset.
