Being part of the Group C&B team, this role provides a broad range of assistance to ensure accurate, timely and professional delivery of C&B activities, across a variety of business units in 16 countries in Asia Pacific.



JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

Data Analysis

• Assist in compiling compensation data from external market surveys and internal database
• Perform data analysis to assist the C&B team on projects and compensation review
• Prepare necessary materials for presentations
• Handle ad-hoc duties for the C&B team as assigned

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES 

• University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics or other related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years of working experience is preferred but fresh graduate with willingness to learn will also be considered
• Fast learner, sharp, accurate, numerate, detail-minded to focus on figures and yet like interacting with people
• Excellent command of English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
