Job Description
Responsibilities
• Provide general office administration services and HR support for the department and the Company;
• Secretary to directors;
• Review and formulate administrative policy and procedure;
• Monitor and follow up regular replenishment of office supplies and office maintenance services;
Requirements
• Form 7 or above with formal secretarial or administration training;
• 1-3 year working experience;
• Excellent command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Fluency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Responsible, mature and good team mate;
• Willing to work under pressure, initiative, self-motivate;
• Immediate available is a must.
