Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Handling full set of shipping documents independently
- Preparing invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, L/C and other related documents
- Coordinating with factories and relevant parties for shipment arrangement
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic/ Shipping or above
- 1 - 2 years relevant experience preferably in forwarder company
- Solid experience in export procedures for shipment to South East Asia and Middle East countries
- Responsible, hard-working with strong communication skills
- Sound PC knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
