Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or University graduate in Interior Design or other related discipline / 10 years’ relevant experience in hospitality design including project site experience, preferably with exposures in large scale casino projects, and having E&M knowledge a plus.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop & SketchUp;
• Skillful in freehand perspectives & sketching is a definite added advantage.
• Creative, self-motivated, responsible, good presentation skill and able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule.
• Strong knowledge in project administration and on-site construction management is a definite advantage.
• Good command of Cantonese and English, Putonghua is a definite plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Less experience will be considered a junior post

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project team to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects, and must be a team player.
• Initiate conceptual design till contract drawing stage
• Solid detail design experience is required.
• Handle production of full set working drawings and FF&E specification.
• Liaison and coordination with operators, various consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors; able to work independently and to resolve any problems on site for improving the design works.
