Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent wil be responsible for:-

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Assisting the Department Head to oversee the department operations
• Perform full spectrum of HR functions;
• Take charge of the company-wide ER projects & initiatives;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and Samsung global projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years' relevant experiences ;
• Solid experience in employee relations and people development;
• Well versed with Employment Ordinance and other HR legislations;
• Experience in HR system is highly preferable;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Be able to communicate and work efficiently with different levels from senior management to junior staff;
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; proactive, mature and positive thinking;
• Immediate available

** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Human Resources
