Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with 3PL for both inbound and outbound logistics arrangements
- Verify the physical inbound quantity against the shipment plans and the corresponding documents
- Custom Declaration, Data input and Filing
- Assist to maintain inventory record in an accurate manner
- Returns management
- Carry out ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor
- Working hour: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma graduated or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience related to logistics, warehouse, inventory controls and transportation. However, fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Good knowledge and sense in order fulfillment, logistic, warehouse management is an advantage but not a must.
- Knowledge in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Responsible, detail-minded, young, self-motivated and good team player
