Responsibilities:

• Report to Merchandising Division Head by managing factory production to shipment delivery
• Understand factory production capacity and monitor work in progress to ensure on time delivery
• Identify any potential quality issues and give guidance for factory to implement corrective action and improvement
• Responsible for quality control procedure in alignment with customer’s inspection requirement
• Proactively report and communicate with team head for any production, quality or delivery issues
• Arrange pre-production meeting with factory to communicate the quality, potential risk and changes
• Provide factory technical advices and problem solving on the manufacturing processes
• Prepare regular report on factory performance to Management
• Lead and supervise a team of inspection workers for routine quality assurance

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder in Clothing / Textile / Merchandising or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years' solid experience in production management for garment industry in which at least 5 years in managerial level
• Strong technical background in garment quality assurance and production planning
• Experience in South American Market will be highly preferred
• Strong production management, analytical, proactive / corrective problem solving skills
• Be organizing, responsible and strong leadership
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC application and MS Office
• Station in PRC
