RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing

• Responsible for regularly update corporate and product information and materials including fact sheets and presentation
• Able to organize data and facts independently and present them in simple, clear and creative manner
• Coordinate and organize various marketing events
• Assist in internal communication and diary co-ordination work
  
  
  

Sales & Client Services

• Provide sales support to China and Overseas institutional sales team during the business development process
• Keep client database up-to-date and manage email distribution
• Coordinate and assist in client meetings
• Handle client inquiries and manage daily client service and account management
• Coordinate regular reports and ad hoc reports for clients and sales team
  
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in in financial services industry, ideally hedge funds related
• Self-motivated and willing to accept new challenges and changes, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential
• Strong communication skill with good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good time management skill and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Bloomberg is essential
• Strong team player and willing to support
