Job Descriptions :

• Act as primary contact with various customers, coordinate sales meetings and follow up on customers’requests.
• Act as a coordinator between departments.
• Handle correspondence independently
• Provide general secretarial support to senior management

Requirements :

• HD/Degree holder
• Min. 3 years working experience, previous experience in merchandising or trading field a plus
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, proficient in Mandarin
• Sound computer literacy, proficient in MS Office, including Chinese word processing
• Responsible, mature, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Highly organized and handle multi-tasks
