Job responsibilities:

1. Achieve market share target via marketing communications & product development
   
   • advertising strategy, creative brief, copy evaluation and media planning & execution
   • trade marketing activities (trade promotion, instore display & POS materials development) 
   • consumer / trade customers understanding and identifying business opportunities
   • analyse and execute category & product assortment and packaging
     execution, in accordance to regional guideline
2. Achieve sales and P&L target
   
   • increase product listing & distribution and brand presence at retail level via collaboration
     with distributors or direct operation
   • plan and initiate trade promotion
   • monitor pricing and competitive activities
   • manage and support distribution channels in fulfilling sales objectives and achieving the
     best market coverage
3. Manage new product delivery
   
   • Lead and collaborate with Regional Product team and Conair engineering, merchandising
     and customer service teams on
     
     • consumer & competitive research
     • technical approval compliance study
     • costing & pricing competitiveness
4. Ad hoc regional projects
   
   
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder of marketing and business
• Minimum of 15 years brand management experience with a global consumer goods brand in
• Asia Pacific
  
• Strong understanding of marketing and brand building
• Broad, critical and strategic thinker; open-minded and diverse; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Fluent English and Chinese prerequisite, additional language eg Japanese / Korean a definite advantage
• Previous work in advertising agency environment a must
