Responsibilities:

• Work individually and manage the sales team to achieve all assigned sales targets
• Establish and maintain the relationship with the clients, advertising agencies and maximize advertising revenues
• Develop new business plans to maximize the sales target and increase advertising revenue   

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience, media industry preferred
• Team management experience preferred
• Good relationship with advertisers and leading 4As is essential
• Strong presentation skills 
• Strong attention to details, well organized and strong problem solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and determined to meet sales target
• Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and PowerPoint
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Manager
