Job Description:

  • Assist in preparing purchase order and requesting quotes

  • Liaise with suppliers and customers on the arrangement of purchase order

  • Follow up purchase order with OEM or vendors as per the customer’s request

  • Data input

  • Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned

     

    Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above

  • Min. 2 years working experience preferably in procurement

  • Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative and fast learner

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Proficiency in Chinese/English Window, Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
