Assist in preparing purchase order and requesting quotes
Liaise with suppliers and customers on the arrangement of purchase order
Follow up purchase order with OEM or vendors as per the customer’s request
Data input
Handle ad hoc projects/ tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Form 5 graduate or above
Min. 2 years working experience preferably in procurement
Mature, detailed mind, well organized, self-initiative and fast learner
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficiency in Chinese/English Window, Word, Excel and Power Point
Good communication and interpersonal skill
