- Receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, greeting guests and ordering of office stationeries
- Messenger services, post office mailing, cleaning meeting room and reception area
- Document filings, correspondences dispatch, re-direction of mails and typist duties
- Cheque issue and simple bookkeeping, data entries
- Simple IT support
Requirements
- Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ office work experience
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Hardworking, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
- Presentable, courteous with outstanding telephone manner
