Job Description

The jobholder will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the department. 

Responsibilities:

  • To support office administration services for the company, including general receptionist duties
  • To assist internal and external communication issues
  • To prepare internal reports
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility
Requirements: 
  • Diploma or above in Business Studies or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in insurance company
  • Attentive to details, effective communication, analytical and organizing skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
