Job Responsibilities

• Collect user requirements from key users
• Provide daily support and problem solving to end users in SAP functions
• Assist to conduct system training including prepare training materials and user manuals…etc
• Coordinate with internal IT team and business users
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• A degree / diploma in Business Studies or Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in retail business
• Good analytical and logical skills, and attentive to details
• Knowledge of ERP in which SAP is highly preferable. Training in SAP will be given to less experienced applicants
• PC literate in WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Must have initiative and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player
• Communicate verbally in Putonghua
