Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing internal and external correspondence and maintain proper filing system
• Assist in monitoring daily operations of administrative function
• Provide all round administrative support to the department
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Language or Business related discipline 
• At least 3 years' relevant experience
• Possesses good communication and organization skill
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
