Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To support the Accountant to provide in-house accounting service, and prepare reports;
  • Handle daily account functions including AR, AP and invoicing;
  • Keep control registry on Purchase Request Form/Invoices;
  • Check and arrange staff petty cash claims reimbursement;
  • Prepare Current Account Reconciliation in month-end;
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation in month-end; and
  • Ad hoc financial and administration related projects


Requirements:

  • LCCI  Level 2 in Accounting or above
  • At least 2 years' accounting work experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and hands on experience in Peachtree Accounting System is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and hardworking
  • Immediate available is preferred
