Job Description


Responsibilities:  

  • To manage and handle the compensation and benefits function in Hong Kong including management of employees’ wage and salary, job evaluation; employee’s benefits including medical & life insurance and pension related programs.
  • To assist the Department Head in the full spectrum of compensation and benefits function
  • To act as tax advisor for expatriates on Hong Kong tax related issues, tax filings and rental reimbursement scheme and etc.
  • To formulate / review and implement company policies and procedures relating to the Compensation and Benefits area for staff hiring and retention.
  • To manage and coordinate with all business units and external partners for the performance management and annual salary & bonus review exercise.
  • To participate in the salary & benefits as to benchmark & analyze market data for internal & external equity.
  • To prepare and monitor the budget of staff cost
  • To participate in annual compensation & benefits projects for the company

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines
  • At least 7 years’ experience working in the Human Resources discipline with strong exposure to Compensation & Benefits in Banking and Financial Institutions
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Independent and able to work well under pressure
  • A good team player and ability to perform multitask simultaneously
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Formula/Spreadsheet
