• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department

Requirement

• Diploma holder in secretarial / administrative management
• 3 years of secretarial/administrative experience
• Experience serve with expatriate management staff is an advantage
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Familiar with MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
• Pleasant, proactive, well organized and attentive to detail
