Responsibilities:

• Work with middle and back offices to identify potential risks and establish efficient risk measurement and control mechanism.
• Evaluate procedure manuals to ensure compliance of latest policies and guidelines issued by regulatory bodies and the Bank.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure all guidelines, policies, regulations and controls are properly observed.
• Initiate / participate in system enhancement projects in provision of effective treasury systems for business and operations support.
• Perform risk assessment on the new business / products and prepare new products' proposals.
• Produce statistics, financial and analysis reports for management.
• Supervise a team of 10+ staff to achieve the objectives of product & risk function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of above, preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines.
• CFA, FRM preferred.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Good Chinese writing and presentation skills.  
• Sound knowledge and solid experience in financial products and treasury operations.
• Knowledge in treasury related systems such as Reuters, Bloomberg and Kondor+ preferred.
• Strong in interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Chinese writing skills is a must.
• 7 yrs of relevant experience in managerial role.
