Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a full spectrum of C&B functions such as payroll calculation for both Hong Kong and Macau, performing commission calculation, preparing periodical report and other personnel data management functions
• Handle MPF administration, taxation matters and leave records maintenance
• Assist to managing HRIS implementation and maintenance
• Assist to contribute to annual C&B exercises such as budgeting, annual pay review, performance bonus and sales incentive programs
• Prepare both regular and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or related discipline
• Commission calculation experience is a must
• Minimum 3 years human resources experience preferably in retail industry
• Well-versed with HK and Macau employment ordinance and related legislation
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, pro-active, sensitive to figures, good team-player and work independently
• Good time management for perform multi-tasks & fast paced
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available preferred
