The program, which is introduced to all major universities in Hong Kong over 10 years, aims to better equip students who are interested in gaining experience in a well established entrepreneurship and exploring the professionalism of financial industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• University students who will graduate in 2015/ Year 4 full-time undergraduate students from any discipline of degree program
• Interested in financial market
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with analytical mind
• Energetic and outgoing
• Mature, self-motivated, hard working and willing to learn
• Proficiency in English and Chinese

ACHIEVEMENT

• Internship Certification after you fulfilled 90% of the program
• Conditional Offer to Management Trainee Program
• IIQE Paper 1 & 3
• Allowance will be offered to successful candidates
