Our client is a growing Education Consultancy, they are looking for high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy:

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum clerical and secretarial supports to Directors
• Monitor the diary of the Directors
• Handle document filing and routine data entry
• Prepare presentation materials, business proposal, reports and other confidential documents
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business related disciplines
• 1 year experience in general administrative or secretarial duties
• Ability to handle business correspondence independently
• Familiar with MS Office application
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Fresh graduate with mature character will also be considered
