Job Description

Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for high-caliber persons to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support to all departments.
  • Effectively work with hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs.
  • Assist Hiring Managers to prepare Job Descriptions.
  • Provide professional advice to hiring Manager on the most effective way to publish vacancies on internal and external job boards and recruitment channels.
  • Monitor application status and shortlist suitable candidates for selection.
  • Conduct assessment, individual and panel interviews with hiring Managers.
  • Provide interview feedback to hiring Managers on candidates based on observation and facts through interviews.
  • Work with Recruitment agencies on specific positions, manage their performance and maintain proper system of candidates tracking.
  • Prepare salary proposal and extend offers to shortlisted candidates.
  • Provide information on relocation, company benefits and on-boarding logistic to candidates.
  • Arrange on-boarding formalities to all new joiners.
  • Coordinate and arrange special Recruitment projects with different teams.
  • Compile recruitment reports for different departments as needed.

Requirements:-

  • University graduate in any discipline, preferably in HR Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience with not less than 2 years specialised in recruitment function.
  • Good knowledge of compensation structure and experience in preparation of salary package.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to speak Cantonese would be an advantage.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Confident to work with different levels of counterparts from different departments.
  • Able to handle large amount of recruitment volume at one time.
  • Experience in working with recruitment agencies and knowledge of their terms and conditions.
  • Experience in mass recruitment and/or graduate recruitment would be advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word and Excel.
