Responsibilities:

• Take up the duties of Responsible Officer for SFC Type 4 and/or 9 regulated activities
• Responsible for the SFC license application and prepare the related documents
• Formulate, review and update the operations procedures
• Conduct investment research and analysis
• Support and train up the sales team for client education
• Represent the company as spokesperson for client educational seminar and PR event
• Assist the senior management on the new project development and the firm’s investment function
  
  

 Requirements:

• SFC registered Responsible Officer for license 4 and/or 9  
• At least 3 years relevant management experience in the securities firm
• Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
• Proactive, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of English and Putonghua
