Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Handle complaints/enquiries from customers
- Reply letter to customers/external parties
- Assist Depot Supervisor in manpower allocation, timesheet…etc
- Help to search components/ parts for maintenance (including the quotation)
- Analyze or generate weekly/monthly report
- Scan documents and/or filing
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor or District Manager
We expect you to have:

Certificate in Electrical Engineering or other discipline

Minimum 1 year work experience

Good interpersonal skill and communication skill

Active /Energetic
-
Able to work independently
-
Knowledge of PC (words, excel, Microsoft project)
